An unexpected event necessitated an unexpected 1500 mile trip early next week. I had noticed a vibration mid week last week and suddenly this had to be taken care of. I went to Brake Masters on Dyer and met Rick Escalante the assistant manager. Rick is an extraordinarily friendly guy who could probably sense my nervousness about my car. He got it right on the rack, diagnosed it and gave me an extremely thorough and reasonable quote. I said let’s do it but can I bring it in tomorrow instead? He said no problem and said I could drop it off whenever I wanted to in the morning. I dropped it off around 8:30 ish. My wife picked me up. It was ready by about 11:00am.

What a team. What a manager and what a difference. My car drove like new and no more trepidation about having to make that trip next week. Thanks Rick and team! I’d give you way more than 5 starts if I could. I’m a customer for life.

First time there, they did a good job, but the guy at the front acted like he didn't like me, which was weird because he was cool on the phone. Oh well, my car was fixed which is what mattered, but I will not be returning.

I was able to make an appointment online so once I got in there they didn't take much time to take basic info and check the brakes on my car. I may have waited 30 min before they were able to tell me what was wrong with the brakes and offered different solutions at offering price ranges instead of just offering the highest option. I opted to leave my car and come back but it was ready well before they closed. The manager was friendly and helpful.

HONESTY. You don’t usually see that when take your vehicle to a shop. My Dodge Rams brakes were squeaky. They could have taken me to the bank, but after inspection they said my pads were good but I needed to clean, treat and resurface the rotors. Took just over an hour. I appreciate the honesty and workmanship and will be a return customer because of this.
